Exercise today: 40 min kettlebells (Lauren kicked my booty!!), 60 min horseback riding
Today is going to be a LONG day as I go back to work tonight--which means up for over 24 hours--ugh. However I have thoroughly enjoyed my 6 days off with renewed gusto for prepping healthy meals, getting in my exercise, time with my animals and family. I am feeling great and healthy and happy. When I take care of my body, I feel like I am living each day to the fullest.
